About Pen's Revelation?

We are made in the image of God. Sometimes we need a reminder of our identity in Christ. The phrase "Pen's Revelation" gives honor to the written Word of God (Pen) and the Word revealed (Revelation). Constantly reminding us of our identity in Christ. Ephesians 6:10-18 reminds us that we are in a spiritual war. If we do not know who we are in Christ, how can we fight the battle?

I am passionate about the Word of God. When I teach the Word, I normally use the Blue Letter Bible (www.blb.org) where I can gain access to the Strong's Concordance to help me understand the original context of the Biblical texts. I also study how the words in Hebrew and Greek are used, as the words in English sometimes do not do justice to the sociocultural context because of the limited view of what a word could mean. The original languages used are so powerful when it comes to understanding who, what, why, when and where.

Additionally, Hebrews 4:12 says the Word of God is living and active! I believe the more I studied and understood the Word and applied it to my life, the more solid my identity in Christ became. I want this for EVERYONE! Additionally, our identity in Christ is intricately connected to how we approach spiritual warfare. How do we fight or be still and know that He is God, if we do not know the authority that Christ has or the authority we have in Christ?

Ephesians 6:11 says, "Put on" which means to invest with clothing (literally or figuratively): to array, clothe (with), endue, have (put) on. It has the sense of sinking into a garment — This short phrase is followed by battle armor used for warfare strategy. Action words like "Take up" (Ephesian 6:16) are also used in this passage. Our identity in Christ is intricately connected with how we war in the Spirit!

To me, the merchandize has Living Word inscribed on them! But these words would be nothing without understanding and application. Each word has multiple meanings, depending on the context. With most inscriptions, I will pay homage to the original language, giving a pronunciation and then give one or more definitions.

All Words are acquired from the Bible. All translations into Hebrew and Greek are from the Blue Letter bible and Strong's Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible. I would like to honor all the work that those who rigorously study the Word and made these translations available to us.
